This passed week brother, and former Consul Alonso Granda, represented our chapter as the Kappa Pi Delegate at the 84th Grand Chapter. This years conference was hosted at the Westin hotel in Toronto Canada. Brother Granda voted on General Fraternity matters, and the newly elected 38th International Sweetheart: Jordan Garrett. Brother Granda met and learned from Significant Sigs: Keith Krach, Bill George, and Chris Ackerley
Kappa Pi strengthened its relations by networking and learning from newly elected 73th Grand Consul Bob Wilson, Grand Queastor Dan Shaver, Executive Director Mike Church, the 37th International sweetheart Shelby Mecklenborg, as well as many other Grand Officers and brothers.
The support from the Easter Province was notable and we would like to congratulate brother Walt Cooner, elected Grand Preator, and Frank Araby newly elected Grand Trustee. We would like to take the opportunity to thank 72nd Grand Consul for an outstanding term as well as congratulate all of our 2022-2023 Significant Sigs and Order of Constantine new members.
Stay tuned for the advancements of the Kappa Pi chapter at Towson University as well as the new programs Sigma Chi International will implement as this is just the beginning of a new era. See you all in Denver Colorado for next years and 85th Grand Chapter
