Summit Title is approved to handle settlements, issue title insurance policies, and is licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia, and refinance closings in the State of Florida. Howard C. Weinstein, President, is a licensed title agent in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Georgia, Florida, New Jersey and Ohio, and he has been a Maryland Attorney, specializing in residential and commercial real estate titles and closings, since 1974. Mr. Weinstein attended the University of Baltimore, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees. Brad R. Weinstein, Vice President, has been a Maryland Attorney since 1998. He attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
