I am so blessed to call this group my people!

Today’s COE work retreat was the perfect mix of purpose, productivity, AND fun! We spent the day digging deeper into biblical worldview, the integration of faith and learning, and curriculum alignment . . . and all while laughing, learning, and growing together.

I’m grateful for a team that takes our mission seriously, prays together, loves our students well, and still knows how to have a little fun along the way!

Good work. Good conversations. Amazing people. One shared purpose.

Job opportunities:

Woodruff Elementary Spartanburg District 4 is in need of three teachers for the 2026-2027 school year.

We need 3 Teachers:

Two teachers for 4th grade and one for 5th.

We are reconstructing our buildings since the completion of the new high school. We are shifting 2nd grade to the Elementary School to join 3rd graders.

We are shifting 4th & 5th grade to the middle school building and renaming it to be the Intermediate School...

The Middle schoolers will shift to the existing High school 6th-8th and the high schoolers will transition to their NEW high school building.

My Question/ Request....

Would any of the graduating seniors or former students be interested in a teaching position here at Woodruff?

If so, please have them contact me for an interview with our Principal.

She and I had a conversation the other day and she is guaranteeing an interview with her for anyone I recommend.

I told her I would be reaching out to "my Friends" at NGU and she was excited and thankful.

My name is Brenna Schneider, and I am an Instructional Coach at Lead Academy Public Charter School, serving students from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade in Greenville, South Carolina.
