The verdict is in!!! What an incredible 3 days at the Region 11 Math Coaching Academy!
We dug deep into what really moves the needle for both students and coaches:
🧮 Making math more engaging and relevant for elementary students through real-world connections
🧮 Making professional development better (and more meaningful)
🧮 Digging deeper into math data so we can turn numbers into action
⭐️One of the highlights⭐️
👨🏽⚖️Coaches stepped into a high-stakes scenario where they had to convince a panel of “math coach judges” of their role and impact — all grounded in data and the Alabama Coaching Framework.
The conversations were rich, the thinking was sharp, and the growth was real!
Grateful for this powerful community of math coaches who show up ready to learn, lead, and lift student achievement across Region 11.
