Congratulations to Pili and Lexi on their conference publication in the Proceedings of the IEEE Annual Northeast Bioengineering Conference.

Their work was titled, "Design and Characterization of Polyaniline:Poly(L-lactic) Acid Thin Films for Stem Cell Monitoring Applications" at the 2015 41st Annual Northeast Bioengineering Conference (NEBEC) held at Rensselaer (Troy, NY) in April.

We report bistability in current-voltage curves from di(PEP)PorZn in an electromigrated molecular junction. Bistability was observed at ±0.3 V at 300 K, but did not occur at 4 K. Congratulations to Sam and Rish!! They won First Place in the Applied Category in Rensselaer's Sixth Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium. The title of their project was, "Optimizing Fabrication of Gold Scanning Tunneling Microscope Probes through Electrochemical Etching".
