College Services of Russell Sage College College Services is the mail, package and print center for Russell Sage College. Please allow more time for larger projects and during the start of semesters.

How to Submit Work to College Services...
The standard turnaround time is 48 hours. Electronic files in PDF format are preferred. PDF format ensures that all fonts, text, images, and formatting remains the same from your end to ours. Job requests can be emailed to the Document Coordinator at: [email protected]

Single Sided or Double Sided
Covers Needed
Binding, Stapling, Punching, Folding Needed

Hard copy requests may be dropped off at College Services in Troy or Albany by filling out a Print Request. Please allow an extra day for jobs dropped off in Albany as they are generally sent to Troy for production. Mail & Package Service
Incoming mail and packages are delivered by various carriers throughout the day. Due to this, there is no specific time that all mail and package are sorted. Outgoing mail and packages are processed through College Services in Troy but can be dropped off in Albany for intercampus transfer to Troy. College Services utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx) to ensure that mail and packages are delivered in the most timely and economic manner.


**For letters and packages needing overnight service, we typically use UPS Next Day for domestic and DHL for international by USPS Express and FedEx service is available if preferred. Other Services
Certified Mail, Delivery Confirmation, Media Mail, International Mail, and More!

This is our most asked question so far this semester!
When adjunct faculty are hired, they are not immediately updated into the Colleague System as being faculty. HR is the department that updates this system and for adjuncts, they usually do not complete this process until about 2 weeks into the semester.
This means that adjunct faculty will be unable to get their parking permits or digital ID cards until HR updates their information. We apologize for the inconvenience

On the Russell Sage Website, you can find this map by clicking “printable map” or you can stop into the College Services office for a printed version! This should answer all of your questions about where you can/can’t park!
