After earning the final spot in the match play bracket to start the day, Taishi moto⛳️ went out and defeated No. 1 seed Joshua Ryan in 19 holes to advance.

Taishi Moto and Tianyi Xiong are both moving on to the match play portion of the U.S. Amateur at Marion Golf Club.

Tianyi finished T23 after two rounds of stroke play while Taishi advanced through a playoff for the final spot!
