Tulsa LitFest returns this year from April 23-26 for a wide range of diverse, bookish events at multiple venues featuring local and visiting writers.
A joint effort between the Center for Poets and Writers at OSU-Tulsa, Tri City Collective and Magic City Books, this year’s festival will explore the intersection of environmentalism and writing with poet Ken Hada and writer Daniela Naomi Molnar delivering a keynote titled “Wild World, Wild Words.”
Perhaps the highlight of the four-day festival is the book fair taking place on April 26 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. With over 70 authors and publishers slated to attend, Samantha Ryan — book fair organizer and writer of “Pride” and “These Are Not My Final Words” — says with this iteration it has grown substantially from last year’s in both the amount of attending writers and space.
