SEA is excited to host Game Theory Game Night on Wednesday, November 28 at the Mayo SAC! 8-10pm. Food will be provided, but don't forget to bring any games you'd like to play.

We will play games and analyze them to determine optimal strategies using concepts from game theory. No economics experience is necessary to participate and all TU students are invited. All games involving strategy are appropriate and we will have access to a TV if needed.

We will have J. Christopher Proctor in to give us a workshop based on the new textbook called Rethinking Economics at 6 PM on Wednesday, April 11th. The event will be in Alcove, Student Union. If you are interested, please come in. All students are welcome. Food will be provided as well.(Chipotle)

The Student Economic Association has its next meeting tomorrow. It will be from 12:00pm-12:50pm in Chapman Hall, room 122. Abdel Traore will be giving a presentation entitled "The Paradox of Plenty: Natural Resources and Poverty". Free food will be provided.

This Friday, we will have Dr. Steve Steib be our guest to have a lecture and a Q&A session. It will be at noon in Chapman Hall room 122. Pizza will be provided! Come in to have some food and listen to the “Reflections of an Old Economist”.

This week, we have the first Student Economics Association event of the semester. Friday (September 22) from 4:00-5:00 PM in Chapman 122, Dr. Hendricks will be presenting on graduate school for Economics. If you are curious about what grad school involves, whether you should go, or what the application process is, this is a great opportunity. Panda Express will be provided so you can have an early (and free!) dinner.
