Continuing our journey to competition, we’re giving you a behind-the-scenes look at VTI, one of the most important parts of the year.

VTI is where months of design, testing, and teamwork come together to ensure our vehicle is safe, compliant, and ready to perform. It’s a true reflection of the dedication our team brings every day, from late nights in the shop to final checks before competition.

Every adjustment and system review moves us one step closer to Milford. We’re proud of the work our students have put in and excited for what’s ahead. Stay tuned as we continue the final push!

As the final week of classes begin at UA, we’re proud to wrap up the EcoCAR EV Challenge with posts all week, starting with some exciting news to share what’s next for the team.

After an incredible run over the last 12 years, our team will continue competing in the EcoCAR Innovation Challenge on the General Motors track. It’s the perfect way to recap the end of one challenge while accelerating into the next.

UA EcoCAR’s Spring Vehicle Showcase brought months of innovation, testing, and collaboration to life in one monumental reveal. From advanced electrification systems to refined design and real-world performance, the team demonstrated how forward-thinking engineering can shape a brighter future.

The event was more than a showcase. It was a reflection of the countless late nights, problem-solving sessions and cross-functional teamwork that pushed this vehicle forward. Seeing it all come together was a proud moment for everyone involved!

We are grateful for the support from faculty, sponsors, and peers who make this work possible, and we are even more excited for final competition just around the corner. ROLL TIDE!
