🚨Due to ongoing campus maintenance and construction, Shelton State Community College will be closed to the public on Friday, June 26, 2026. The closure impacts the Fredd and Martin Campuses.

The College will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, June 29.

Shelton State Community College has announced dates for summer commencement events.
The College will welcome Tuscaloosa City Schools Superintendent Dr. Mike Daria as its keynote speaker for commencement ceremonies.

All ceremonies are open to the public and will be held in the Martin Campus Gymnasium unless otherwise noted. Each event will also be live-streamed by the College on SSCC Live. Additional information about each event is below.
