Students from all majors are invited to learn more about AI at Alabama and hear from UA President Peter J. Mohler. Whether you’re already exploring artificial intelligence or just curious about how it’s shaping the future, no AI experience is needed to get involved.

ICYMI: The University of Alabama Honors College kicked off the year by welcoming more than 500 students at the 2026 Convocation and Pinning Ceremony!

The annual tradition marked the beginning of a new academic year and celebrated the start of our newest students’ Honors experience. From receiving their Honors pins to hearing from University leadership, students gathered to celebrate the opportunities, connections and experiences ahead.
