Our Tuscaloosa chapter Fall Showcase was a hit! Current members and interested individuals came out to see what’s in store for this upcoming semester, including classes, field trips and so much more. 📚✨
There was also a special guest appearance from none other than Peter J. Mohler, president of The University of Alabama! He shared inspiring words and showed support for OLLI’s mission.

Choose to attend either the morning or the afternoon session on Monday, Aug. 31. The morning session will be held at 11 a.m. in the Smith Room at Bryant Conference Center in Tuscaloosa, and the afternoon session will take place at 1:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room at Riverchase United Methodist Church in Birmingham.

Rich in history, a recent visit to Birmingham, AL was an exciting trip for OLLI members celebrating 250 years of America. 🇺🇸

Members explored many historical sites, including the 16th Street Baptist Church. This church is a powerful symbol of the Civil Rights Movement and a site of significant events that helped shape the nation.

The tour of Birmingham offered a meaningful and educational experience, deepening members’ appreciation for the city's legacy and contributions to American history.
