“Choosing KD was an easy decision that I would make over and over again. Throughout rush week, I immediately noticed the strong friendships within the chapter and the genuine connections between all of the girls. I not only looked forward to making best friends in my PC, but also forming relationships with girls in the grades above me. Since pledging KD, that is exactly what I have found. The older girls have also been amazing role models, offering guidance while also becoming close friends who are always there to support and encourage me. One of the most special parts of my KD experience has been getting close with Amelia. From the moment we met during rush week, we immediately connected and became so close. Knowing that we would get to share this sisterhood and make memories together for the next three years made me even more excited to be a part of KD. The friendships and support I have found in KD have truly made it feel like home“

“Since the day I pledged KD, it has truly been the most fulfilling experience for me in every way. When I was going through recruitment I knew I wanted to find a sisterhood that was genuine. To me, what stood out about KD was how girls in all grades made me feel wanted and welcomed. Everything I could ever want in a sisterhood and more I have found in KD. The guidance, entertainment, encouragement, and love my sisters have given me since the moment I stepped foot in the house to this day is something I will be forever grateful for. I can confidently say that I have found some of the best girls in the world through KD. While participating in the other side of rush, I met my future little, Ann Everett. When I first met her, I knew she belonged as a KD. Her humor, kindness, and bubblyness draws everyone towards her and I have loved getting to watch her thrive. I will forever thank KD for giving me the best friends, experience, and little I could ask for!“

“Coming from Montgomery, I knew I’d see familiar faces during rush, but I wanted to make the best decision for myself. Each time I went into KD I found myself never wanting to leave and always being so excited to go back. Over rush week my love for KD continued to grow and could really envision myself there. Since bid day, KD has become the perfect home for me! I have made friends in all grades who support me in everything I do and constantly push me to be the best version of myself. I could not imagine all of my favorite college memories without the girls in KD and I am so excited for the next 3 years with my best friends! KD truly is a special place and I am so happy I made the right choice!”
