Hello everyone! We are so excited for our event to kick off tomorrow! I have included a map of where the Patriot Plaza is located, along with the two closest parking lots marked out in red. The food trucks will be in the left side lot in between the gym and the plaza, but there will be parking not blocked off!

There is also parking available at our newest business building with a parking garage, and Ornelas Hall which is next to the University Center in the event both of the marked parking lots are full!

Due to the generosity of our incredible sponsors for the Glow Run this year, we are happy to announce we will be having drawings at the end of the evening for multiple prizes! Participants will now have a chance to win a pair of air pods, a Bluetooth speaker, T-Shirts, and Torchy’s Tacos gift cards! Each participant will receive 1 drawing ticket at check in. Throughout the night, we will have different opportunities to earn more drawing tickets! We are so thankful for our amazing sponsors, and cannot wait for the Glow Run to finally happen to help in the fight against Domestic Violence 💜

Detailed information on the event!

- October 5th 7:00-9:00 P.M (Please bring cash for check in at the event to pay entry fee!)

- $5 For UT Tyler Students w/ ID

- $10 for all non UTT students

- Location: UT Tyler (Patriot Plaza): Located in front of the University Center, will post map closer to event date.

- There will be food trucks, music, and activities to participate in throughout the night! (Food trucks will be pay as you go so make sure to bring cash for food, KONA ICE will be the only food truck you do not need cash for, each participant will receive 1 free snow cone on us! Water will be provided for all participants)

- We will have different informational tables located throughout the event to inform participants about Domestic Violence Awareness

- PURPLE OUT!!! Wear all purple in support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, or buy our awesome t-shirt for the event! Each Participant will receive glow sticks, but feel free to {GLOW} crazy with glow sticks of your own! :)

- All proceeds will be going to the East Texas Crisis Center, a local shelter that aids survivors of Domestic Violence with any housing, counseling and medical attention needed.
