Additive metal manufacturing isn't a million dollar process anymore.

Printed on the new Markforged 3D printer - this brake lever illustrates the closed-cell infill available with the Metal X. By printing the part with a hollow closed – cell internal structure, parts printed with a Metal X are lighter and lower cost while still maintaining the surface hardness and strength.

Automatic post processing – This metal part was washed and sintered using our standard metal post-processing solution.

Additional post processing – Before sintering, this brake lever was lightly hand sanded.

Graphene strikes again! Is there anything that it can't do?

Graphene, the "wonder material" composed of a one-atom-thick sheet of linked carbon atoms, is the world's strongest manmade material. Now, scientists have used it to create a new type of concrete that is much stronger, water-resistant and eco-friendly than what we're used to.
