Close working relationships with schools and agencies in the East Texas region provide numerous opportunities for faculty and students to engage in service and research and to find quality placements in internships and practica. Through our Ingenuity Center and research labs, we provide additional research and service opportunities for our students and for schools and agencies in the region. Join us for a free, fun, and exciting afternoon of coding, robotics demonstrations, and other hands-on activities at the UT Tyler Youth Code Jam!
The event will be held from 1-4 p.m. at the Ornelas Activity Center on the UT Tyler University Academy’s Tyler campus.
Youth Code Jam is open to ages 4-14 (Pre-K through eighth grade) and their families! Parents or guardians must attend with their children. No prior coding experience needed!

Register by April 3 at uttyler.edu/youth-code-jam! The first 200 participants will receive a free T-shirt!
