As you may know, Colleges Against Cancer is hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness event this Friday, Oct. 26th from 5-7. There will be several activities at the event, including a rose petal release into the lake which students/professors can donate to release some petals to honor those affected. Another activity, hosted by SSHP, you can participate in is a pumpkin decorating contest. Participants can decorate/carve/paint their pumpkins at home and bring them to display. Pumpkins can be dedicated to those close to you affected by breast cancer or to the cause of breast cancer awareness! Voting will take place and the pumpkin with the most votes will win the contest!
