Attention local K-12 teachers

FREE PC Repair ClinicFriday, September 20, 2019, 11am – 3pm
It's back – FREE PC Repair Clinic.

We will troubleshoot and repair system errors – virus/spyware; problems with operating system performance; hardware issues; mobile device repairs; cracked screens.

We will evaluate and consult on computer upgrades (unfortunately we cannot provide any hardware or software).

We can install your application and operating system software. Be sure to bring all of your software with you. Diagnoses and repairs may take up to 3 hours.

The repair clinic will take place on the following dates during the Fall 2019 semester:

Friday, September 13 & 20
Friday, October 11 & 18
Friday, November 8 & 15

The PC Repair Clinic is located in Room K110 at Delta’s main campus, between the hours of 11am and 3pm. Preference will be given to the devices that arrive between 11am and 12pm.

LLIC Hours Update

The LLIC remains closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through August 18 due to extended "Summer Green Hours".

However, the Testing Center is open on Fridays in August from 7:30 am-4:00 pm to accommodate ACCUPLACER assessments, academic testing, and Business & Industry exams.

The week of August 19th-24th the Library and Testing Center are open 7:30 am-4:30 pm, but there is no tutoring available. The Testing Center is also open on Saturday, August 24th from 8 am-12 pm for ACCUPLACER testing.

Bginning August 25: The LLIC, including the Library, T/LC and Testing Center will have new hours for Fall 2019. Please note, all LLIC services will close at 8:00pm Monday-Thursday and will be closed on Saturdays. We have extended hours on Sundays.

Tuesday, August 20, 2019, most offices will open at 10 am

​Delta College will be holding a Faculty/Staff Professional Development event on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. to allow staff to participate most offices will open at 10 am. Service will also be available from 4:40-6 pm in our One-Stop Service Center (located in D102 Counseling/Advising Office). At that location you can receive help with Admissions, Counseling/Advising, Finanacial Aid Services, and Records/Registration.

Textbook Information - Fall 2019

For information about what books are required for your Fall 2019 classes you can go to our website at www.bookstore.delta.edu. From there you can search your classes by Semester/Course Number/Section Number and see what books we currently have on order for those classes.

Fall 2019 books are now available for purchase. Once books are available you can either purchase online through the same website or come in person into our store and buy the books then. If you have any further questions please contact the bookstore directly at (989)686-9030.

Get Rewarded for Good Grades

Delta students can bring in their Fall semester grades to any of the Red Brix Café cashiers, and receive a coupon for a free fountain beverage for each passing grade of a C or better. Students may bring grades in between January 7 and January 18 to collect the beverage coupons. Faculty, please share this information with your students as well.

Scholarship applications are now being accepted online for Delta College's next academic year. We will award more than a half million dollars to approximately 600 students! If you know someone who's going to attend Delta next fall or winter semesters, please tell them to go online to apply at www.delta.edu/scholarships. The deadline is February 7, 2019.

28th Annual DECA Arts & Craft Show

Join us for the 28th Annual Holiday Arts & Crafts Show on Delta’s main campus on Tuesday, December 4 from 10 am – 4 pm. The Collegiate DECA Business Club sponsors this highly anticipated event and all proceeds from vendor table rental support their competition fees to state and national events. The show will feature local vendors with handmade crafts, foods and seasonal items. In addition, many well-known brands including Pampered Chef, Lula Roe and US Borne Books will be there. Enjoy FREE parking and admission.
