Business Opportunities Summer Session (BOSS) Business Opportunities Summer Session (BOSS)

Introduces college bound diversity students to opportunities that exist at Smeal and prepares them for the admissions process to Penn State University. BOSS participants spend two summer weeks on the University Park campus, living in residence halls and taking classes on business majors, writing, leadership, and team building skills.

This year, we received a high volume of applications, and our review process has been thorough and rigorous to ensure each submission is given the careful consideration it deserves.
