The Rock Ethics Institute fosters interdisciplinary research from its home in Penn State’s College of the Liberal Arts. More than ten faculty members with joint appointments as research associates in the Rock, as well as more than forty affiliate faculty, and faculty research fellows make up the Rock Ethics Institute. Major research projects and initiatives include engineering and technology ethics; health and ethics; restorative justice; gender and s*x equity; climate and sustainability; moral agency and moral development; and more.
