His nominator shared that “Craig supports the entire university. He always has answers and is willing to help. He’s an extremely valuable staff member and deserves appreciation for all the background work he does to keep things moving.”

We would like to send a special shoutout to our twenty-three staff members who received their bachelor’s, master’s, specialist or doctoral degrees during the 2022 Commencement weekend. These employees were honored last week during the annual Red and Blue Celebration of Achievement for earning their degree while working full time.

During the ceremony, graduates were honored with red-and-blue cords presented by Dr. Noel Wilkin, provost and executive vice chancellor for academic affairs. “It is wonderful to have so many of our employees take advantage of the amazing educational opportunities that are available on our campus,” Dr. Wilkin said. “This benefit is a great way for people to advance their education while working for the university, and I know it takes incredible dedication and hard work. Every one of our graduates this year is to be commended and congratulated for advancing their educational goals while being an employee.”

ESI is the supplemental Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available at no cost for all employees of the University, their household, and children up to age 26.
