Baylor's IMPACT & LEAD LLC is a multiyear community homed in Allen and Dawson Residence Halls. The LLC is lead by a group of approximately 50 upperclassmen, called the "LEAD Team" who are in charge of programming for all residents. These students are lead by a group of 7 juniors & seniors on the Executive Team, four of which lead their own teams (Fellowship, Correspondence, Service, and Mentor). The LLC also has 8 CL's (Community Leaders, Baylor's version of RA's). The Community is centered around civic engagement, service, and Christian leadership. Events are always available weekly to all residents of Allen and Dawson. They range anywhere from karaoke to service opportunities, and everything in between. The LLC also hosts annual events such as Field Day, Friendsgiving, and Formal. We take pride in our close-knit community and hope each resident who calls Allen or Dawson home will be able to enjoy this wonderful atmosphere during their time here.
