A joyful time was had by all who attended moth night with us last evening. Made possible thanks to our partnership with Pointe North Nature Park and our keynote speaker, Chelsea Gottfried. Thank you for bringing your years of education, passion, and dedication to lepidoptera. Thanks to all who participated! Especially those who drove hours to attend and explore the park with us.

Master Gardener Volunteers will be at our normal spot again this year. Come by, see our garden beds, and ask us your burning horticulture questions. 🌻🌱

A reminder...it's Fair Time! Over the remainder of this week and through next week, there will be times when the Extension Office will be closed due to all staff working out at the fair. We can be found in either the Junior Fair office (4-H Livestock HQ at the show arena) or the 4-H Activities Building. Drop in and see us there! Phone calls and emails will be monitored and answered as we are able. See you at the fair!

What an absolutely perfect day to explore Odonata species at Pointe North Nature Park. Our very own Lord of the Dragonflies, Jim Lemon, shared his expansive knowledge and history of dragonflies and damselflies alike. Odonata life cycle, mating habits, and how they work into our local ecosystem. Thank you Jim, and thank you to all who attended!
