Garrett Odom is a senior majoring in Crop Science with a concentration in Crop Agribusiness and a minor in Food and Agribusiness Management. He is spending his summer with Corteva Agriscience as a Integrated Field Sciences Intern. He is tasked with conducting field research trials evaluating herbicides and fungicides, recording and analyzing field data using spreadsheets and digital tools, and maintaining research plots throughout the growing season. He looks forward to using the knowledge he has gained and the connections he has made in his future career in the agricultural industry.

Eli McAfee is a junior majoring in ACE: Agribusiness Markets and Management. He is spending his summer with Hubner Industries, LLC. as a Field Assistant Intern. He is tasked with monitoring growing stages of the fields, running equipment and detasseling corn, and scouting the fields for quality of the crop. He looks forward to taking his knowledge he has learned and applying it to his future endeavors in the agricultural industry.

Carter Allaman is a senior studying Recreation, Sport, and Tourism with a concentration in Sport. He is spending his summer at Atkins Golf Club at the University of Illinois as a Golf Operations Intern . He is gaining hands-on experience in Golf Operations, Guest Services, Staff Supervision, and Event Management. He looks forward to working with the amazing golfers and staff at Atkins Golf Club while learning more about how a successful operation is managed. Also, he is excited for the opportunity to contribute to the club's continued success!

Noah Vonder Haar is a junior majoring in ACE: Agribusiness Markets and Management. He is spending his summer with South Central FS as a MiField Intern. He is tasked with scouting trials, soil and tissue sampling, and connecting with farmers in the community. He looks forward to present on the data that he collected from his interviews with farmers around the topic of ag retail.

Dylan Zwilling is a senior majoring in ETMAS with a concentration in Digital and Precision Agriculture. He is spending his summer with Precision Planting as a PTI intern. He will be assisting with agricultural research by operating field equipment, managing research plots, and presenting research activities and results during field days. He looks forward to working on his projects: band vs broadcast fertilizer, nitrogen application study, and organic/non GMO corn and soybean production.

Colby Redman is a senior majoring in Kinesiology. He is spending his summer with the University of Illinois Strength and Conditioning Staff as a Strength and Conditioning intern. He is tasked with helping the strength and conditioning coaches run their workouts, providing instruction to the athletes, and keeping the facility neat and organized. He looks forward to learning the ins and outs of being a strength and conditioning coach and learning how to use high-end technology.

Caleb Zwilling is a sophomore studying Agricultural and Biological Engineering through the Parkland Pathways program at the University of Illinois. He is spending his summer with the Agricultural and Biological Engineering (ABE) Lab as an undergraduate researcher. His primary project focuses on developing a robotic w**d management system for commercial horseradish production, integrating laser w**ding and precision spraying to reduce manual labor and improve efficiency. He is also involved in designing, testing, and refining the system's mechanical and sensing components. Caleb looks forward to expanding his research experience, developing innovative agricultural technologies, and learning how engineering solutions can address real-world challenges in modern agriculture.
