University of Illinois LAS Access and Achievement Program It is designed to provide a supportive learning environment. Our goal is to prepare students for academic success, graduation, and a life of impact.

LAS AAP provides retention services to LAS declared and undeclared students affiliated with the Educational Opportunities Program and the President’s Award Program at the University of Illinois. We strive to identify and develop pathways for degree attainment by connecting students with University resources that will complement their academic talents and will help shape their academic paths and ambitions.

Interested in a career in Pharmaceutical research? Then this info session could be for you!

Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC (PPD) is a global contract research organization providing comprehensive, integrated drug development, laboratory and lifecycle management services. They are currently looking to hire over 40 new full-time scientists.

They are hosting an information session geared to seniors and Master’s students who can move into these full-time positions soon, but it is open to all students who are interested in learning more about PPD for future employment options as well.

She will be doing an “Inside Scoop” with undergraduates at the Bruce Nesbitt African American Center at 12 that day, and a public reading in the Alice Campbell Alumni Center at 7:30pm that evening.
