❗️SUMMER HIGHLIGHT❗️
Let’s take a look at how brother Keoni has been spending his summer so far:
“At Starbucks, I’ve been tailoring beverages to clientele, as well as learning to manage a coffee shop as popular as Starbucks. Here, I’ve become attentive to speed, being accurate with making drinks, and multitasking effectively. The pressure, fast-paced environment, and expectations here are high, but doing both accuracy and speed efficiently is something that’s learned over time, and I feel productive through that. I feel like I’ve grown to make more connections with so many people, coworkers, and customers alike, and it’s fascinating to me how people interact with you if they’re regulars, new, or other Starbucks employees from other stores. Professionally, I feel like I’ve acquired a whole set of skills and knowledge about coffee, business, and customer satisfaction, which hopefully makes me a stronger candidate for other workplace opportunities elsewhere. The expectations and effort found working at Starbucks can be and should be applied to Chapter. Working efficiently, by being accurate and swift, can facilitate any project or solution to any obstacle that Chapter may face.”
