College of Court Reporting

College of Court Reporting The college applied to NCRA for approval of its online program in the fall of 2005.

College of Court Reporting, located at www.ccr.edu, is a progressive, student-centered institution with a global reputation as being the leader in court reporting education. The College of Court Reporting’s online court reporting program has just become the first online program to be approved by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA). After a rigorous evaluation process, NCRA informed the

college in June 2006 that the online court reporting meets or exceeds NCRA’s education and curriculum requirements. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires the distribution of an annual security report to all current faculty, staff, and students and notice of its availability to prospective students, faculty, and staff. The annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings, or on property owned or controlled by College of Court Reporting. The College recognizes that crime prevention is the responsibility of each person working at, or attending school at, or visiting, the College. Crime prevention is best served by the vigilant surveillance of the premises and reporting any suspicious personal behavior. The College is, therefore, committed to providing a safe environment for learning and working.
