We are dedicated to using scientific know how to understand and ameliorate human suffering. Our research addresses variables and processes that feed and maintain anxious suffering, and how best to alleviate that suffering, within the framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Participate in a 60-minute online Zoom-based study conducted at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD, followed by 14 daily surveys (approximately 5 minutes each) completed nightly from your desktop or mobile device, and a final 30-minute survey completed from your personal computer or in our laboratory space.
