We have amazing news! Our delicious menu for the Etiquette Dinner has been decided. In order please everyone we have decided to let each individual select their entree of choice from the list below.

Prime Rib - 10 oz. slow roasted lavender crusted, au jus, horseradish cream
Stuffed Chicken - oven roasted, smoked tomato & mozzarella, sweet vermouth butter
Potato Gnocchi - tossed with roasted garlic, kale, sun dried tomato pesto, goat cheese
Pork Chops - pan seared, apple fennel slaw, green peppercorns and brandy
Atlantic Salmon - char seared filet, shaved fell & crab, yellow pepper coulis
Asiago and Panko Dredged Chicken - shallow fried, sage and panchetta cream
Flat Iron Steak - 8 oz. char grilled, smoky pepper relish, cabernet-veal stock reduction
The Strudel - wild mushrooms and goat cheese baked in filo, wilted greens, basil vinaigrette
Chicken Provencal - dry vermouth braised, ripe tomatoes, fresh herbs
Sole Florentine - spinach & lobster stuffed, chablis poached, roasted shallot cream
Your entree will be served with two sides, market fresh seasonal vegetables and potatoes. Each person will be served a salad composed of— spring greens with shredded romano and toasted sesame dressing.
