When Benton County leaders raised a need for professional development, we responded.

Kirkwood Corporate Training created a customized workshop — “Empowered for Success: The Power of Responsibility and Accountability” — held February 25, at the Benton County Center in Vinton. Led by Brenda Meeker, owner and president of Elevate Consulting LLC, the interactive session focused on strengthening accountability, leadership, and workplace culture.

By listening to community partners and delivering tailored training, Kirkwood continues to provide high-quality, affordable solutions that strengthen local organizations and support long-term regional success.
