Regent University is pleased to announce the addition of 13 new programs and concentrations to its Spring 2027 curriculum, including two degree programs, 10 concentrations, and one graduate certificate.
“Regent is always seeking to carry out its mission through our innovative and timely curriculum,” said William Hathaway, Ph.D., Provost of Regent University. “Our new degrees engage cutting areas of need, such as cultivating applied AI competencies. Our new concentrations expand the preparation we already offer in areas like pastoral counseling, education, or accounting, to equip our graduates with critical skills responding to trauma, enhancing teaching effectiveness, and addressing addiction work and human conflict. These expanded offerings are aimed at equipping our graduates with relevant, in-demand skills to be salt and light in a needy world.”
The following programs and concentrations will be available beginning with the Spring 2027 semester:
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education Psychology
• Master of Science (M.S.) in Artificial Intelligence
• Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teaching – iteach Concentration
• Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum & Instruction – Trauma-Informed Educational Practice
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Education Psychology – Trauma & Resilience in Educational Settings
• Master of Science (M.S.) in Accounting – Accounting Foundations
• Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education – Reading & Literacy Studies
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling – Addictions Counseling
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling – Conflict & Mediation Ministry
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling – Criminal Justice & Ministry
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling – Marriage & Family Ministry
• Master of Arts (M.A.) in Pastoral Counseling – Trauma & Crisis Counseling
