A huge congratulations to Madieson Campos. For receiving a flight slot in our United States Air Force. She is a Junior majoring in Aviation Science and minoring in Aerospace Studies. Along with her studies Madieson is working as a Flight Instructor at Baylor and a Cadet in Detachment 810’s AFROTC Program. During the end of Junior year, each cadet receives their Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) or “job” in the military. Madieson was selected for 11X, receiving a Pilot Slot and will be flying after her commissioning in May of 2027! Way to go!!!

That’s a wrap on the 2025–2026 school year! No better way to celebrate than getting together at the Baylor Institute for Aviation Sciences banquet. From the freshman flight jacket ceremony welcoming the next group into the program, to celebrating our seniors and the impact they’ve left on Baylor Aviation, it was a great reminder of how special this community is. Thank you to Bruce Webb for being our keynote speaker and spending the evening with us!
