Rest fuels results. 💤= ⚾🏆 Researchers in the Department of Health, Human Performance and Recreation and the Department of Psychology & Neuroscience are investigating the powerful connection between sleep and athletic performance. Their recently published study found that better sleep quality and consistency were linked to improved power output in Division I baseball athletes.
