Brandeis University Law Journal

Brandeis University Law Journal Est. 2008
First volume 2009 We solicit, edit, and annually publish the work of Brandeis students, alumni, and faculty.

The Brandeis University Law Journal, founded in 2008, is the only undergraduate-edited legal publication in the country that is unaffiliated with a law school. Our articles cover a diverse array of topics with only two guiding criteria: the topic must in some way concern the Brandeis University community and the argument must be grounded in legal reasoning.

Pleased to announce that volume 8 has been printed and will be available tomorrow on campus!

11/28/2017

Today 11/28 will be our meeting for proposals. The meeting will be in olin-sang 116 7-8pm.

Firstly, this meeting is mandatory. By mandatory, I mean that anyone who wishes to contribute but does not attend the meeting to present their proposal will unfortunately not be published next semester.

Second, proposals do not have to be extremely detailed. We are not asking for outlines of papers, but we are asking for more than just topics. A proposal is a paragraph explaining what you intend to write about, what are your driving questions and what might you be looking at.

Thank you,
Brandeis University Law Journal
