We are excited to share out our next Virtual Learning Event titled Supporting Student Leaders as Student Leadership Professionals

This session explores how student leadership program professionals can effectively support student leaders while balancing institutional expectations, mentorship, and student development. Participants will examine the realities student leaders face and learn practical strategies to foster leadership growth, clear communication, and holistic support.

About Presenter: Kamakshi Velamuri (she/her/hers) is a graduate student at North Carolina State University pursuing a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration. As a first-generation graduate student, she brings experience from various student leadership and mentorship roles, shaping her passion for supporting student success and leadership development.
