Today we are celebrating the two winners of our Women in Business Award: Tian and Alexandra! Tian, published author of "Exceptionally Average" and CEO of DopaMe, is passionate about the intersection of science and society. As a biology major, cognitive science minor, and pursuing a certificate in entrepreneurship, she hopes to make an impact in the biotechnology space as a leader and entrepreneur.
Alexandra Holliday is a Junior in the College, majoring in Government and minoring in Sociology and Women and Gender Studies. She is from Louisiana. She has done work with Bumble, whose message has been the perfect addition to her time as a Georgetown student. The ever present and bright branding that Bumble uses is a constant reminder to be grateful!

Today we are celebrating the winner of our Women in the Arts Award: Fatima Dyfan!
Fatima is a Senior in the College studying Government and African-American Studies with a minor in Theatre Performance Studies. She takes an interdisciplinary approach to her artistry in hopes to bring Black radical feminist thinking into performance. Fatima graciously led the Black Theatre Ensemble (BTE) and prepared the board after her to continue bringing Black stories and experiences to life. Fatima was also on the BRAVE planning team and infused the arts into this year's virtual experience.

Ursula is a sophomore studying Biology of Global Health and Environmental Studies. She is committed to studying the intersection of climate change and human health, which she pursues through vector-borne disease research and work with the Midatlantic Center for Children's Health and the Environment.

Today we are celebrating the winner of our Social Justice and Community Impact Award: Shreyaa Venkat! Shreyaa is the co-founder and CEO of NEST4US (www.nest4us.org) with a mission to provide volunteer and leadership opportunities to the community to make the world better through kindness. She is a freshman at Georgetown University pursuing Global Health studies. Eighteen-year-old Shreyaa already has over eight years of volunteer service under her belt and has spent over 1,500 hours giving back to her community. Through the five core programs of NEST4US, her volunteer team of over 1,000 has contributed over $850,000 in value of volunteer hours. Shreyaa aspires to empower people of all ages and backgrounds to create a more compassionate and inclusive world by instilling a passion for service in their communities through random acts of kindness!

Happy Women for Others Week GUWIL!! Today we are celebrating the winner of our Women in Politics and Public Service Award: Amber Stanford!
Amber Stanford (she/her/hers) is a senior in the College, studying Government and Theology. Although she is originally from Maryland, the Hilltop has quickly become her second home. During her time at Georgetown, she has planned and led GU Politics’s IdentiTEA series and Women of Color in Politics Networking Event. Amber serves as a resident assistant on campus and works as a research assistant at the Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, solving crossword puzzles, and bragging about the greatness of Old Bay seasoning. After graduation, she plans to pursue two master’s degrees in the United Kingdom.
