Yesterday was a bittersweet day for many of us on the Hilltop because it was the last day for Professor Allen Ammerman (MSF III, Class of 2017) as the inaugural MSF Director of Academic Operations. While we are sorry to see him go, we’re equally excited for him as he begins a new chapter with his wife and son in a location closer to their families.
Before a farewell dinner we hosted for him, we honored Allen for his many exceptional contributions to the program—way too many to list here—with a plaque that will hang in the Blended Classroom. It’s a small but meaningful reminder that while we won’t see him on campus every day, he’ll always be part of the MSF community and we hope to see him back here soon, be it at alumni gatherings or just to say hi.
Godspeed, Allen—and !
