In collaboration with If/When/How, a team at the Center on Privacy & Technology at Georgetown Law is looking for people to talk to for a research study looking at how the family policing system (often referred to as the “child welfare” or “child protective” system) is getting and using information about certain types of medical care (abortion, attempted abortion, and alleged abortion; pregnancy loss (including miscarriage or stillbirth); and/or gender-affirming care).
If you or someone you know have seen information about these types of events or medical care come up in a CPS case or investigation, we want to speak with you. Contact the team at [email protected]!
