Are you a current AU student looking for a spring campus job? The Office of Enrollment is now hiring AU Ambassadors for the Spring 2023 semester! We are looking for personable and informed students to join our ambassador program to assist with the recruitment efforts. The ambassador’s primary role is to give ~3-5 tours a week to prospective students and parents while giving an authentic glimpse of the AU experience by sharing personal encounters as students. Additional responsibilities also include staffing in-person and virtual events such as: admissions information sessions, group visits, Showcase AU, Preview Day, webinars, and other events. One of the best ways to get involved on campus is joining our AU Ambassadors Program! AU Ambassadors give tours, host students overnight or in their classes, and share their love for AU with visiting prospective students and their families.

The application for new members is now OPEN!

We will be offering two interview days for prospective Ambassadors: Sunday, January 19 or Sunday, January 26. These dates are inflexible, and individuals will not be given exceptions.

If you're interested in becoming an AU Ambassador, please complete the application by January 15!

For our last senior spotlight, we asked Ambassador Rebeca Feldman to reflect upon her time at AU. We hope every eagle that steps foot on AU’s campus has as much love and appreciation for AU as Rebeca. With national decision day coming up tomorrow, we hope that her last words of wisdom inspire you to join our community! Below is Ambassador Rebeca at the AU front gate and a group of ambassadors enjoying Relay for Life!

“My time at AU has flown by and I can't believe I'm getting ready to walk across the stage at graduation. Each semester has brought new challenges and new opportunities to help me grow as an individual. I joined Ambassadors the spring of my freshman year. Ambassadors helped me become more confident and do things like study abroad! I’ll look back at the wonderful friends and experiences I've had here at AU fondly. After all, once an eagle, always an eagle!”

Ambassador Rebeca, thank you for hard work and dedication to this program! We are so excited to watch you soar in the next chapter of your life!

At AU, our students are driven, passionate, and strive for greatness! From joining on campus organizations to pursuing an amazing internship in the city, AU students are constantly on the hunt for new opportunities. Ambassador Alicia Vining embodies the traits of a driven AU student. Ambassador Alicia reflects on her amazing achievements both in her Greek organization and with her internship!

“My favorite AU memory is becoming a part of Greek Life. I got to be a member and President for my amazing sorority, Chi Omega! I also had the opportunity to intern with the Washington Wizards, which turned into a full time job!”

Being a student ambassador allows each of us to interact with and change the lives of prospective students. Senior ambassador, Emma Ingram, shares why she loves being a part of this great program! Ambassador Emma is one of our most active seniors, and we will miss her greatly after graduation! Below are pictures of Emma at Preview Day and abroad in Tasmania.
