Nora Demak ’28 had an incredible internship with the Arts in Medicine program at NYC Health + Hospitals, made possible by support from the Lyons Arts Lab.

During the summer, she explored one of the country’s largest public hospital art collections, toured Tomokazu Matsuyama's studio, spoke at a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and more. These experiences showed her how art influences healthcare environments and helps make hospitals more inviting and human. Take a look at the photos from her summer internship ➡️ 📸
