Carroll Women's Equality & Empowerment Women's Equality and Empowerment is a student organization at Carroll University funded through Student Senate.

WEE strives to educate all individuals at Carroll University of the inequalities and injustices faced by women, to provide the knowledge and resources necessary to effectively advocate for gender equality and to celebrate women’s history. Additionally, WEE desires to empower its members to embrace what it means to be woman through dialogue, events and community partnerships.
