🍽️ Spoons is opening for the fall semester!

Join us for lunch and support our students as they put their culinary skills into action.

📅 Tuesdays–Thursdays
September 15–October 29, 2026
⏰ 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
💲 $17 per person, including an appetizer, entrée, and dessert

Reservations are limited! Call 715.803.1413 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, to reserve your table.

🎃 Save the date for our Halloween Buffet, October 27–29! The special buffet menu will be announced soon.

The fall menu pictured below will be available through October 15. A new menu will begin October 21.

Some people see a recipe. Our students see technique, timing, creativity and a hundred small decisions that turn ingredients into something memorable.

🍳🍔 **Wrapping Up the Semester at Spoons & the Food Truck** 🍔🍳

Our final week of the semester was filled with comfort food, creativity, and incredible support from our community. Thank you to everyone who made reservations at Spoons or stopped by the food truck this year to support our students! 💙

*Brunch at Lexie’s* brought a fun take on classic brunch favorites. The omelets were packed with gooey melted cheese, the Homestead Platter captured the heart of a Midwest breakfast, and the BEC sliders and Chicken & Waffles were both flavorful additions. The desserts were beautifully crafted and the perfect ending to brunch.

Meanwhile, *Boo-Bear’s Diner* wrapped up the food truck season with our busiest food truck day of the semester! Despite the rush, our students did an amazing job keeping the food coming out perfectly. Guest favorites included the chili fries, loaded chili dog, classic cheeseburger, crispy cheese curds, and thick shakes topped with a cherry. 🍒

👏 We are so proud of the hard work, creativity, and passion our students brought to Spoons and the Culinary Food Truck this semester!

• Local Pork Chops – $6.30/lb

Plus many cuts of beef steaks & roasts, a limited selection of house dry-aged steaks, and other incredible products processed by our Pasture to Plate students.

We’re ending the semester on a fun and nostalgic note with **Boo-Bear’s Diner**!

This classic diner-inspired menu features favorites like chili fries, loaded chili dogs, grilled chicken sandwiches, Philly cheesesteaks, crispy cheese curds, thick-cut onion rings, creamy shakes, and a *Sundae With the Works* 🍨

🍳✨ **Final Week at Spoons for the Semester!** ✨🍳

We’re wrapping up another incredible semester at Spoons with *Brunch at Lexie’s*, a cozy brunch-inspired menu full of comfort food favorites and sweet finishes.

While reservations are fully booked, we still wanted to give those with reservations a look at what’s coming this week 👇

Guests can enjoy dishes like crème brûlée French toast, chicken + waffles, BEC sliders, country skillets, and omelets with customizable toppings. And of course, brunch wouldn’t be complete without desserts like blueberry cobbler with vanilla pecan ice cream or bourbon + peach cheesecake. ☕🍑

👏 A huge thank you to everyone who supported our students this semester. We’re so proud of the creativity, hard work, and talent our students brought to Spoons each week!
