After more than 40 years of teaching in Northcentral Technical College’s Criminal Justice programs and Workforce Training + Professional Development, we are celebrating the retirement of Wayne Gajewski, an incredible educator and mentor.

Throughout his career, he helped shape the future of countless law enforcement professionals across our communities. His dedication, leadership and passion for teaching have made a lasting impact both inside and outside the classroom.

As he begins this next chapter, we wish him many fishing adventures and plenty of time enjoying retirement. Thank you for more than four decades of service, commitment and impact at NTC!
