Ella Vander Zee ’26 has some great advice for the future Knights on campus today for SOAR.

"Be willing to try new things and embrace the changes that will occur because they could lead you down amazing roads. It is okay to come into college and not have everything figured out right away either. Whether it is not knowing what major you want to pursue, what career you want, or what classes to take next semester, there are many opportunities for you to take at Wartburg that will help you sort out where you need to be."

Yesterday, our alumni and friends wrapped up a tour of Germany with Dr. Daniel Walther, Gerald R. Kleinfeld Chair in German History. For 11 days, they immersed themselves in the rich traditions of culinary wine, beer, history, and culture, while tracing the deep historical and spiritual roots of Wartburg College. Of course, no Germany tour would be complete without a stop in Wartburg Castle, where they joined together for a moving rendition of the Loyalty Song.
