In her talk “Expand the Canon: Curating the Americas at the MFA Boston,” Dr. Lucía Abramovich Sánchez will discuss current projects, including the major reinstallation of the MFA’s Art of the Americas first-floor galleries, set to reopen to the public in June 2026.

Congratulations to Professor Marjorie Feld on being named a 2025–26 Katz Center Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania!

Her research will explore the history of the sustainable Jewish farming movement as part of this year’s theme, New Frontiers in Contemporary Jewish Life. Professor Feld’s recent book, The Threshold of Dissent (NYU Press, 2024), was also recognized by NPR as one of the “Books We Love” for 2024.
