Exciting times at the HEO Department. We have expanded the program, increasing our freshman class to almost 60 students. Mr. Dennison schedule the NYSDOT officials to come in and explain proper loading and securing equipment on a trailer. Very informative for our students. Mr Fuller put his class right to the test on day three and mastered differential leveling. We welcome back Mr. Fitzpatrick as he works with the freshman on equipment operations.

The senior class has been busy at our new Senior HEO Compound near Alfred. First order of business was to get an area ready for student parking and to get our classroom up and running for lectures. We look forward to the weeks ahead!!!!

We didn’t get to play on the field these men built last fall but we sure had some fun today. A great group of young men!...

Our freshman instructor, Mr. Dennison set up an underground visit at the American Rock Salt Company. The students got to visit an underground salt mining operation. What a great opportunity. Thank you very much Mr. Dennison and thanks to Mr. Fuller for chaperoning the trip. We hope to develop a long working relationship with The American Rock Salt Company.
