Meet Hunter!
Hunter’s passion for baking started at Ellicottville BOCES, where he studied Culinary Arts and graduated in 2021. He continued honing his craft at Alfred State University, earning degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts in 2023 and 2024.

As one of our longtime baker’s assistants, Hunter has been part of our bakery journey nearly since our opening and plays a key role behind the scenes every day. He’s the hands behind many of the fresh loaves that come out of our ovens each morning and the dedicated caretaker of our sourdough starters—making sure they stay happy, healthy, and ready to rise!
