Orange Vanilla Tartarium
Kettle-Soured Ale 5.3%
Tartarium is our base kettle sour. Every batch is acidified for 1-2 days in the kettle with lactobaccillus, before boiling and fermentation with English Ale yeast. We've added orange zest and vanilla beans to this version for some easy drinking, tart, summer fun.
