Because I received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who's Who this year (3 pages) my history career is going forward and I am working with Producers/Directors to see what we can come up with in the icon category. Very enlightening.

I've been to three parties in the last five days. Relatives, Birthday party, and a party which is an annual for Public Access Cable sponsored by Yvette Sotelo, and even though it was raining cats and dogs we went.Ann the DJ; Janis the talker, and moi. Had a good time at all three so Valentine's day I'm pooped and food is not anything I can bear. Anyhoo, all you fans and friends. Enjoy.

New Years 2017 is upon us and I am looking forward to it. 2016 sure taught me a lesson-----the importance of health; and it takes work, believe you me. Keep busy doing the things you love to do. I'm glad my new agenda just arrived for 2017 and I already am planning for super events: like attending the Getty Museum; The Marilyn Monroe Fan Club events, and last but not least: The LA Press Club which I have been a member of for lo these many years. My memorabilia has come together and I have a list of professionals want to see my pictures and hear my stories so I am, as the wise old owl says, Good luck and hope timing is on my side. And God bless all my friends, and America.

December is upon us and I am going forward with my memorabilia project. Some of the talented folks I am working with are: Ann the Raven {DJ and musicologist}. Kevin Pike, Certain music museums; plus, a university, e.g. UCLA which I attended. Plus presenting many concerts there at: Royce Hall. It is a slow project but one that must be done. I'm not getting any younger but age is but a number. Rosette Middleton Union-Video Professor in New York City has advised me that I should work with young talented who are not icons yet but maybe I can get the right one on that path as a mentor. Keep the faith.
